Production Time and Send Off
Production/Shipping -
2-3 working days we aim to ship orders, however during busier periods shipping may take longer, please bare with us as we take every care to give the best satisfactory service.
Return and Refunds
Return -
To return the order, please contact us via email first. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Refunds -
In order for a refund to take place you must provide order number or proof of purchase. Without either of these we can't issue a refund.

As our products are home made appearance may vary slightly by colour. However, the fragrance will remain the same.
Vegan Friendly -
All of our products are home made using the finest ingredients, the wax is made of natural soy wax.
